Here is a copy of the cleanup and snack schedule for the remainder of the course. Please be sure your snack dish can feed at least 15 people. Please also take into account some of the dietary restrictions for the group which include gluten free, dairy free, vegan, vegetarian, onion sensitivity, coconut allergy, shellfish, peanut allergy, tree nut allergy, citrus allergy, chocolate allergy, and pork and/or red-meat sensitive. By no means do you have to accommodate all of these preferences in your dish, but a few would be appreciated. Please also come with the ingredients of your dish listed on a small card to display.
Please be courteous of those in the group with allergies. While it is not necessary to account for all allergies in your dish, we’d appreciate any effort you can make to accommodate some of them.
